Branch & Button operates this website. Contact us at support@branchandbutton.com about the website or our services. We are an independent service provider and are not Shopify, its agent, or a Shopify-endorsed service unless a separate, verifiable relationship is expressly stated.

Using the website

You may use this website to learn about Branch & Button, explore illustrative examples, ask questions, and request an assessment of a store you own or are authorized to represent. Provide accurate information and do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, private customer exports, or content you are not authorized to share through the public forms.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the forms to send unlawful or abusive content. We may restrict misuse while preserving any rights you have under an existing service agreement.

Inquiries are not purchases

Submitting your store is free. A fit decision, opportunity preview, or conversation does not itself create a service agreement, authorize Shopify access, or commit you to a payment. Paid work requires a written plan accepted by both parties. The plan identifies scope, price, deliverables, schedule, dependencies, approvals, and the applicable service terms.

Examples, research, and results

The example storefronts are illustrative. Their merchants and product details do not represent client endorsements or measured results. Third-party research is identified by its source and is not a universal Shopify statistic or a forecast for your store. Recommendations and changes are not guarantees of increased revenue, profit, conversion rate, or any particular experiment result.

Website materials and outside services

Branch & Button retains rights in its original branding, website text, software and demonstrations, subject to third-party rights. You may view and share ordinary links to the website. Do not reproduce materials in a way that falsely implies ownership or endorsement. Client deliverable ownership is governed by the service agreement, not this website license.

Links to Shopify, research sources and other providers lead to independently operated services. Their terms and policies apply there. Nothing here removes Branch & Button's responsibility for its own representations or agreed work.

Availability, responsibility, and changes

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may be interrupted and information may require correction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the informational website is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for every purpose. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or override promises in a paid service agreement.

Updated website terms will identify their effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted service agreement. Governing-law, forum and any limitation-of-liability language are set out only in the accepted written plan; these website terms do not add mandatory arbitration, class-action waivers, or a damages cap.
